I was gonna steal that one too...I still might.
You and the others at the Wild Onion Cafe are the best people I've met too. :-)
XOXO
RC
It's not really stealing unless all of your answers are the same as his!
Awww. I hope I'm included in that rowdy bunch, Just Bob.
And this is a hard one. But I just might tackle it.
Wow. Lotsa questions, there. It was great getting to know you. Happier New Year, Bob. Yer awesome. LOL.
Bob! Bob, Bob, Bob!!! You mentioned Cross Canadian Ragweed! I now officially love you! Did you learn about them on my blog? Does that mean my CCRusade is working?? Keep spreading peace, love and Ragweed! XO!
Great meme with some funky questions. I must say, "meeting" these blogging folks, including you of course, has been a major highlight of my year as well. Funny, isn't it? Instant group penpals?
Love your personal fashion concept.
I might do this one too.
Who's Elsie?
Karen... of course you are included :)
Lori... I had heard of CCR, in fact I think they played a festival this summer with Band of Heathens. I did check them out closer after seeing them on your blog, so yes indeed your crusade is working!
Leah... Sneakers with dress pants will become the fashion statement in 2009, just wait and see.
Megan... Elsie was someone I was seeing the end of 2007, beginning of 2008. She said she wanted to see me more once her life slowed down some. That was 10 months ago. I'll let you decide whether she was truthful with that statement or not.
I don't think I like Elsie very much...
I wish I were thinner by 20 lbs. Stupid alcohol! (I blame alcohol, not myself, it is easier that way.)
I find these question lists to be very interesting.
You seem to be very honest in your answers, allowing us to get to know you much better than through regular posts. However, I hope that 2009 brings in some new opportunities, work and other, making it an excellent year.
Very nice/intresting questions, I might steal it for my blog too! Have an award on my blog for you :-)
hi CSI
i find these lists fascinating too...
to read and to answer.
dont see you doing too many, dont you love to answer questions?

now that i'm watching reruns i cant imagine how i missed friends or everybody loves raymond
but i did
cheers
Hi Bob!
#24: Glad you discovered "House." I'm hopelessly hooked myself. Great post!
The missing questions are:
22. Did you fall in love in 2008?
37. Who did you miss?
According to the meme as seen on another blog...
;)
There needed to be a question about recipes! What food brings back the best memories? Thanks for all your recipes/posts! Thanks Bob, CFE!
You and your "people" are incredible.
I totally don't do resolutions either...except to try not to swear...it never works...for long! Okay! I have one! I won't swear when I am trying to figure out word verifications! (Maybe next time...)
@Megan::
I'm not so sure I want to answer those two questions...
Well, I guess I missed my Ruthie. My dear sweet best friend who I lost in December of '06. I'm still missing her terribly.
G'day Bob,
I just might have to steal this post...
Thanks for being a mate during 2008! (in an Aussie, blokey way, of course).
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Cheers and beer and beer
Mark.
Bob, the answer that I was most grateful to read was the one to the first question.
Happy New Year!
Annie... I hate to tell you but the way I lost that 20 lbs. was drinking significantly less than I used to.
CSI... Thanks for the good wishes. I hope all of us have a better 2009 than this past one!
Isolated Existence... Thanks for commenting. I'll definitely pick up that award sometime before Jan. 1st.
Kylie... Hi. House is a great show. I don't know how he keeps his license almost killing his patients every week before saving them.
RC... Hi. Don't forget your cell phone going to work. Oops, too late.
Sausage... Thanks for stopping by and putting up with me. Spicy Italian Sausage with risotto tonight... yummy.
Megan... thanks for doing that internet investigative work! No, and I don't know.
Merelyme... Perhaps you should start a food meme on your blog!
Mark... I copied this meme from someone else, so feel free to use it. 2008 has been an adventure "meeting" people from right around the corner to all the way across the globe. Cheers to you and your family on the New Year.
Joe... I'm glad I found your blog on RC's blog roll too. Say hi to everyone at the Golden Banana.
i like this meme!
also, hear you on the workplace being fulfilling.
Happy New Year, bestest Bob!
Well, well, well...isn't this a little gem. And look, all our friends are here!!! I got laughing when someone called us the "rowdy bunch." Who was that? Was that Karen? I don't remember. Too damn funny. Yup, that's us! *Staightens green dress and adjusts wet ceral box.* What? Who said 2009 was gonna be easy? I don't know? Who?
I may have to steal this too. It's simply too much fun. Bob, I learned more about you in 5 minutes than I have in a year. For instance, I learned you have new pots and pans. When the hell'd you get those? That's a chic magnet. You might want to advertise. I also learned you dated recently. Hummmmmmmmmm. I'm not so sure I'm okay with that. I want you all to us, but know you have to have a life. Crap. Okay, I'll toast to you in 2009 and wish you Happy Dating. Ugh. And unlike Megan who I think stated she didn't like Elsie too much, my first reaction was "I'll kill her!" Baby, don't date Elsies. Here's why. THEY SUCK!!! From here on in you should probably run any date by all of us. *Starts laughing so hard has to bury head in lap.* Yup, that's gonna work! God, I can just see all of us at your wedding. Can we be your wedding planner too? Can you imagine this crowd in one place? Of course I'm laughing.
Bob, you know what I love? The fact we're all still here. It's amazing. We are a remarkable group of people and we just continue to grow. We genuinely love and care for one another and that matters. Thank you for this post. It's beautiful and I love you.
Oh, one more thing. I love the people we collect along the way. We become family and this nation grows. We should have a lobby by 2010!
Love you darling and Happy 2009.
XO Blottie ;)
